R1 is "Esc" R4 is "Z, X, C"
The Hot Keys Project website marks R4 as "Esc". I've ordered the keycap by HKP's description and I got screwed. This time, Drop listed the keycaps right. I wish they would have answered questions in the Discussions or reply to my emails.
jaybeeayyyYes, thank you! I signed that ic sooo hard hahaha I don't think I've been this stoked for a thing in a long time. To be honest, until a few months ago I would never have thought I'd get this excited about keyboards until I stumbled into the community haha
The reference picture shows R4 being top and R1 being bottom but it should be the opposite (normally, Row 1 or 0 are the topmost).
Are we supposed to order based off of the (erroneous) picture included in this drop, or literally every other keycap set out there?
CyphreSo the confusion isn't Drop's fault, it's HKP's. Well, and the fact that Cherry/GMK and SP/SA count their rows differently.
Here's a thought: Let's call them "Esc row," "Number row," "Qwerty row," "Home row," "Shift row," and "Spacebar row" to avoid confusion.
Disappointed the colors from the previous run didn’t appear in this drop as those colors I feel are more appropriate to SA Laser. I’m not feeling good about mixing pastel colors with SA Laser. Oh well, guess I saved money for now, and hope maybe someday the first round of colors returns.
