Crafted with 67-layer VG-10 damascus steel, this Mizu chef’s knife is easy on the eyes and even easier when slicing through veggies, poultry, fish, herbs, and more. Hardened to 61 on the Rockwell scale, the knife has a keen edge that will hold over time. To make sure, the knife is painstakingly sharpened by hand. The full-tang construction will prove stable for tougher cuts like carving a side of beef or a rack of lamb, too. And for a steady hold, there’s a smooth G-10 handle. The bolster holding it in place is ergonomically angled for a pinch grip, which is recommended by chefs around the world. And surely a knife as gorgeous as this one needs a nice home to keep it safe, which is why it comes in an acacia wood box (it’ll make a great gift as well).
