UPDATE: It's been four days, and I haven't heard squat. The email they sent for viewing the ticket results in a dead login page - I can't even look at the ticket to see its disposition. Shady action going on here.
The watch I got is defective. When the minute hand is at 12 o'clock, the hour hand doesn't like up with a number marker. When I turn the stem to set the time, the hour hand randomly moves around - there appears to be a slipped gear inside. I contacted support, we'll see what happens.
