I've had this tent for three years and camped about 60 days in it. It's really spacious for one, durable, and easy to set up. I got the footprint for it. Outdoor Gear lab was worried about high winds, but I've never had a problem with very strong winds, the tent holds up fine. I've patched the fly in a couple places. With a ground sheet, you can set up the fly first and build the tent underneath it.
The stakes and guy lines are very low quality though. Ditch those and you will have a very good car camping tent.
