I pulled something as close as I could get to the partslist on pcpartpicker.com and it rated it to 321w. 350w seems really low for this desktop- I've also got a similar build with a kill-a-watt plugged in and I just did a benchmark- it peaked at around 360w.
Anyway, from what I could find online it seems to be a roughly a mATX motherboard, and I couldn't find any specs on the storage so I went with a WD Blue, a sandisk ssd, and some crucial ram. Also included in the list is a corsair 200r, as it's a small case, well priced, and pretty solid. The cryorig C7 is almost certainly better than whatever's in there, and it's good and cheap. The end result is this list, which I threw together rather quickly:

Which comes out to $1133.43 with mail in rebates. You could probably cut a couple of corners- the CM 212 is a fine cooler, and a bit cheaper, and the PSU is 500. In the end, it's probably not a bad deal. You're paying 200$ more for having it prebuilt, but that means you can't really upgrade it in the future, and plus that 350w psu seems shifty to me.
