Someone has used my account to purchase two of these. I did not join this drop. Please do not ship these and do NOT charge my credit card. Thank you. I could not find a phone number to call and stop this charge. Also, they didn't use the same credit card I usually use and I don't live in California. Please take care of this right away.

GloriaDSame thing happened to me. Had to dispute the charge with my CC company. No response from Massdrop support yet.

kwcrawMassdrop finally took care of it, but I'm not happy that I couldn't pick up a phone and call them. Not sure I'll be ordering from them again for awhile.

GloriaDJust call your bank/CC company and tell them what's going on. They may freeze your account for a couple days but once they see what's going on you will either not be charged or given your money back.

GloriaDSomeone hacked your account. If you use the same mail/password on other sites, you'll probably have charges there too. Change ALL your passwords and check for unwanted orders too.
Maybe you left this site open somewhere and someone thought to try their luck. Whatever it is, you need to review all your accounts to make sure you are secure.
