But my LGS has a booster box for $94.99, I get a buy-a-box promo, I can get it at prerelease, I support my local economy and my LGS. Why would I pay $94 here? Does Drop no longer do deals like Massdrop did?
shiroihito69Drop is a joke now! You can get this box on Amazon for $91 and free shipping. There is no buying power leverage or at least it's not passed on to the consumer. Agree buy from LGS, get the promo and spend the same money. Nice job at ruining massdrop!
Received my box, it was damaged, corners on the box were dented in and smashed. They shipped the box in a soft envelop with limited packing around it. Tape on the package read "Sharp gaming"... Sharp gaming needs to package their MTG boxes, in actual boxes in the future....
All other booster box shipping in the past had been in a cardboard box. But this one had been in a flimsy bubble wrapped envelope, and all of the boxes were warped, banged up, and damaged.
If this this how Drop is shipping their boxes in the future, I will not be buying from them again.
Where does the $144 come from? $144 is definitely not the MSRP ...
Very misleading to say "$94 $144.00."
Even if it dropped from $100 (which is the ceiling for what every store is selling these at), it still wouldn't be a good deal. $6 bucks cheaper, but you don't get the box-topper? No thanks.
Garbage packaging. Box was shipped in a manilla bubble envelope. The booster box had 8 dented corners. Tape on package says “Sharp Gaming”, but the return address is Massdrop Inc. I wouldn’t buy again if I knew all corners on the box are going to be dented in.
