TLDR: flimsy top compartment, "lips" on the bag makes opening zippers difficult, flimsy shoulder straps keep sliding. Do not recommend. Don't understand the hype. It's a bag with a single compartment at the TOP. Can't think of a worse design decision. Any weight in the compartment deforms the bag when you put it down. Also try opening the bag at 7kg (standard carry on weight for planes) when you're on the go, and you'll struggle with the flimsy lips that obscure the zipper handles. Try putting a few small items in the main compartment as well as a few items in the top compartment, then try retrieving anything in the main compartment. The top acts as a barrier and prevents access unless you put the bag down and hold everything in place. Lastly but not least, the shoulder strap keeps sliding and moving each time I put it on and take it off, there's not enough friction to hold the strap in place. Very Frustrating.
