OscarFarfanOscar, I am sorry to hear that you got a defective unit. Currently Naztech is having issues with there online system for support which is why you have not been able to get in contact with them. Please email at info@naztech.com and CC info@hypercel.com or you can call them at 855-466-2983 M-F 9AM-5PM PST. If you do not get a response here please let me know. Cheers.

I apologize. Yesterday we had an issue where a member reported that Naztech was not responding. I assumed when you said no one had gotten back to you that you were also talking about that since you did not specify.
Our Community Support team should have reached out to you by now and I am sorry that they have not. If they had responded they would have given you the information that I did above. Since we have direct relationship with Naztech they will handle any service/warranty claims. I am sure based on the context of your support tickets that you sent to Massdrop that they will be providing you with a new unit.
