I’m looking for more MiFi products that have US BC connections.
If anyone happens to own an 2018 / New IPad Pro w/USB C, and an apogee Groove - it’s a brilliant pairing with a good USB C to micro usb cable. No software, no driver works flawless right out of the box. Just a courtesy for your information.
MdotMaxsonNo unfortunately, while you can use the headphones with a mic with this adapter, they will function as if the mic and controls don't exist. Neither the mic nor any inline controls are passed back to the iPhone/iPad. I purchased this for exactly this purpose, and am disappointed.
I have purchased several adapters to utilize the charger while listening to headphones - none of them have lasted any length of time. Doing a search on Amazon will yield a lot of low scoring products. With this in mind, what is the warranty and return policy if this fails? Does the purchaser pay for shipping the product back?
mpkramerMy wife has had this product for some time now and uses it all the time. She has traveled to China and back with it and its still going strong. Naztech has a 1 year warranty on this product. Please see the following comment for warranty information.
Tex-ArozziThank you for your experience.
If the product goes bad - the purchaser must pay to send the part back and pay to have the replacement shipped to her/him. Make sure to keep all your paperwork.

Warranty Information Naztech Technologies warrants all products against defects in workmanship and/or material under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase. Naztech chargers and Tempered Glass Screen Protectors are covered by a lifetime warranty. This warranty does not apply to damages incurred as a result of wear and tear caused by normal use over time, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, accidental damage, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications or alterations to the product or negligence in care or use of the product. The stated warranties extend only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required for warranty claim, without exception.
Return & Replacement For warranty claims, the user will need to return the completed Warranty Replacement Form in order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). The user will then need to send in the defective product(s) for testing and evaluation, with a copy of the receipt or invoice and the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping package. Once a replacement has been approved, users are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement. We will charge a flat rate shipping fee for users located in the United States, who have not paid return shipping fees beforehand. This fee can be collected either by credit card, check, and/ or PayPal. Users outside of the United States should first attempt to exercise their product warranty through the original source of purchase, whether it via store or website. Naztech Technologies’ product warranties will still be upheld by us directly, but the user will be responsible for any shipping costs. Naztech Technologies is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.

mattholmes134 I commented earlier, but wanted to reply to you specifically since your request is identical to mine and wanting USB C DAPs. Apogee Groove works USB C to micro USB cable with an iPad Pro latest addition with no software whatsoever. It’s as if it was intended for it. I bring this up to you because you’re in a MiFi device thread which is specific to Apple and mentioned USB C, which is specific to only one Apple device other than their computers.
