I received the Neato XV Signature Pro Vacuum yesterday, let it charge overnight as stated on the internet instructions. Turned on the vacuum, at first it sounded like an airplane taking off but quieted down. I have owned a Roomba and Bobsweep and I like this one, it is quieter and does a more thorough job. It goes around the edges of the room, went systematically to cover the entire room, didn't get stuck when transitioning from carpet to floor nor did it get stuck in a corner. While I would have liked a remote control or a better filter or brush to clean it - the filter is accordion like and dust remains trapped in it when emptying the dust bin - I think I made a great choice choosing the Neato XV Signature Pro.
