Use it every single day
I'm "one of those" headlight wearers (not that there's anything wrong with that), and I REALLY hope that Nitecore does not stop making these. I'm on my second one in probably close to ten years, I use it multiple times daily, and will not go anywhere without it. I live out in the boonies, lots of wildlife to watch out for, I also work on electronic projects up close and need increased light for what I'm doing. I also use the slow strobe when I'm on bicycle rides with the family around the neighborhood. So many uses, so many brightness levels, I cannot recommend the HC60 enough!!!

Strap broke before I ever took it out of the house. They wouldn't replace it. Kinda heavy for a simple headlamp. Flutters in and out sometimes. The battery is touchy. It is nice and bright with several setting though, but definitely not worth it.

Great build. Seriously bright. Five settings to cycle through, not overwhelming. No strobe. A bit heavy compared to Petzl/BD but much brighter and a rechargeable battery you can swap or charge through a USB. Brilliant

Bright, dependable and comfortable
I've picked this up here two or three years ago. I love it! I am a night owl and this light makes working outside at night enjoyable. It is easy to get the right amount of light and at the right angle. If I was to buy another quality headlamp, it would be this one. I wouldn't even look for anything else.

Good quality. Very bright and very dim settings. It is a little on the heavy side and can get hot. it isn't great as a flood light for caving etc. Unless it's in a bigger open area. It should have a red light for camping use.

Very adjustable, very bright, very comfortable. It’s big for anything smaller than a miners lamp, and it’s heavy (aluminum case). That being said, the 1” wide straps do a great job transferring the weight off you forehead. It works for small heads all the way to pumpkin domes and it can go under or over your hat.
Not sure how it would work with adventure helmets, but I’m guessing it would do well.
output is adjustable from “reading in the dark” through “I can see tomorrow”, including a fast-flash.
micro-usb charged, and the port is protected by a screw-on cap with a weather-proof o-ring.
This is my go-to light for fine detail work, engine repairs, and splinters, and it will light up a campsite like the sun.
