Hi massdrop, I dropped a message to your customer support but received no reply on the matter. Please provide verification proof for the quantity of Nitecore Tube lights that were packed in my package as I received only half of my order. Could you also explain as to how such an incident could occur?

jedi042091What kind of explanation are you expecting? Humans packed the order and they probably made a mistake. I'm sure Massdrop will make it right.
Also, just a heads up, be patient. Sometimes it takes their support team 2-3 days to respond to an email. I have no doubt they'll work to ensure that you're satisfied.

LateralusPatience I can spare. It's just that I was disappointed at the content as I had anxiously anticipated its arrival. Furthermore, imagine the embarrassment I went through when I gathered my family members to open and distribute the contents of the package and to be met with a shortage of quantity. Another thing that I don't get is, since I'm currently employed in a famously reputable shipping company(I'm not at liberty to disclose the company name though), whenever we ship a package, it is mandatory it be accompanied with some literature pertaining to the contents within the package. But for this case, it was indeed labeled on the outside with the tracking details and item ID but that was practically it. Even after emptying out the conTents, I didn't see any other paperwork. Oh well. I hope you're right on the last part though Lateralus, that MD will have someone look into the matter and help me resolve this issue. Kinda makes me wonder whether I'd be liable to pay for any additional shipping charges to amend the situation.
