If a company like Massdrop is going to stay successful, they are going to need to be more careful about which companies and products they choose to carry. The discounts are great, but not significant enough to justify this kind of poor delivery performance - other wise customers are going to start asking themselves what I am: "Why didn't I just pay the few dollars more and get them within two days on Amazon Prime?"

frypanThe Amazon Prime comparison is what really kills me. For my last two drops, I've saved maybe $5, but both have taken at least 3 weeks (this one still isn't here) when Amazon Prime would take a day or two. Maybe I should just filter Massdrop emails from my inbox, so when the stuff arrives a month later it's like a surprise gift to me from my past self!

Mass drop is getting worse and worse. This is the second item I am waiting weeks for. This site used to be good. I doubt I will purchase anything else from here now.

I dont ever buy something here if I need it right away and I've been pretty satisfied up until now. 2-3 weeks is not horrible but when the savings don't justify waiting over a month it is evidence of things degrading. Their lack of communication is also frustrating at times.

compufxrYa I know I bought a knife from them on the 18th of last month and the tracking number is still telling me it'll be another 10 days until it arrives 😑 That's a stupid amount of wait time and I only saved $10 compared to if I bought it on blade hq.

These are rad! Got one on my keychain and one in my emergency/survival kit. The 1 lumen/45 lumen settings are great. 1 lumen for when I want to save the battery and 45 when I really want light. So far I've yet to run down my keychain light despite using it for a 20 minute walk on medium brightness.
My only gripe is that the bulb sticks out too far from the housing, so that if you hold it at hip level the light shines slightly into your eyes. They advertise the wide beam as a feature but I think it's a bug. The translucent plastic of the housing also leaks light through it slightly. So I have modified mine by creating a reflector with duct tape and titanium foil to help concentrate the light forward. A simple mod but I would like to see the next generation of these have a more focused beam out of the box. Still, a great tiny light.

I got a dud. Rarely used – gave it to my sister. After a few months she said it wasn't charging or lighting up. I sat on it for a few months before I CTed it and found a very poorly joined connection. It was a month past the warranty and they more or less blew me off.
Just letting you all know that you shouldn't expect much of these things. Even if I didn't get a dud the light isn't worth $20 for 3. Sadly, I paid more than that.
I still have an unopened unit that I don't even care to give away.

I love these lights. Brighter than you'd expect, easy and quick to charge, hold a charge well. The only problem I have with them is that, when they're on a keychain and in your pocket, they're VERY easy to turn on accidentally. Several times I've needed the light and it was dead because it'd be glowing in my pocket all day.
And when it turns on in your pocket, it makes a pretty interesting looking pair of pants with that big bright spot...

ToxicI have never ordered from Fasttech, but I have ordered a lot from Banggood, and have never had a problem. I got some Tubes from them when they were on sale for $7 each. The only drawback is unless you want to pay for faster shipping it can take up to 20 days to get to you. But I have gotten every package.

Looks cool..I just ordered 2 on Amazon prime for $20..yes it's not 3 but I know I will get it faster and if I have an issue it's easy to get replacement with no hassle..
