I got mine yesterday, 7/16/14. I'm having HUGE issues with the design of the micro USB device. It appears it was designed to be used only on phones without cases on them. I can't get the NomadKey plugged into my Note 3 with a case, due to the keyring on the NomadKey. So it's essentially useless, as I'm not going to remove my case everytime. If the connector was rotated 180 degrees, it would work great.
Edit: I tried contacting customer service/support on their website, and apparently it's non-existent.
