I just started to join this for the kerchief and handkerchief for $27.99 like the title says only to discover it is a lie. The handkerchief is $27.99. If you want the kerchief it is an ADDITIONAL $34. Screw you md.
This pricing is terrible. Virtually no discount on the kerchief and a downright unjustifiable material to market markup considering all they did was hem a squar. Would love a garment like the 42” but I’m not a sucker.
BurningMooseYou're right, you should totally source some fabric, hem it into squares and sell it for a reasonable price. Let me know when the kickstarter goes live.
Note that we're talking about bandanas, here. Not merino baselayers or clothing. I don't typically wear a bandana. I use it to mop sweat off my face, wash up, etc. So the "dries from the inside out" argument doesn't apply.
All these people complaining about the price... I guess they don't understand the difference between merino wool and cheap cotton blends. It's like you're driving a Ford Focus and you expect it to perform like a BMW!

CrabMcNastyNo sir people are complaining about the false advertisement it says clearly you get both for 27.99 but if you try to purchase the two your card says $64 that's where the complaint comes in. But thanks for participating!
I've actually had mine for 2 months now and have used it (42x) on many of cold fishing trips as a neck/core warmer. Once the cold starts coming those fully synthetic neck gaiters that one normally wears fishing do nothing to fight against the cold. Being out on the water this thing thrives in the snow and rain. Works wonders to keep me out there longer and doing what I love to do. I highly recommend this product for an outdoors person who has a practical use for it. Replaced my shamags and washes very well.
This would probably be great as a towel or scarf, but be aware - Merino wool is dirt-resistant, so it won't be great at cleaning dirt and grime off things.
I know this firsthand because my Merino T-shirts are the worst for wiping glasses.
Major Problem, I bought the North X North buff the last time it was offered. Wore it three or four times to during the cold weather and it looks like it was made of Swiss cheese. I have four others wool buffs, from other manufacturers and have no problems. My biggest gripe is that in spite of reaching out to North X North, via email, I have never gotten a response from customer service. I was hoping for a least and offer to take the thing back and tell me if their was problem with the product, but so far three emails and no response. I am not pleased with their Customer Service. I will buy their products again.
