semoMy thoughts exactly. I don't lead a lifestyle that allows me to use light colored items. Especially something that covers a table where I would spend most of my time at.
Who do I follow so I can get a notification if you do drop the inverted NASA mats. I held off on this drop after seeing this comment so definitely want a few of the inverted. Thanks!
Hey, no need to take it that personal. Random is random, you wrote a post, someone answered, and this one is a moderator by accident.
It's unlucky NK has this much in shipment, and pretty weird it costs about twice as much as a keyboard shipment, but hey - they know their target market. They may use US-only shipment and your only option would be 3d-party delivery medium (for me it's $21.5 NK shipment vs $8+$8 3d-party shipment - not too much but still).
I don't think they are really looking for logistic advice here (though it would be nice), but for the meantime.. you have a nice option to save 35 dollars on 30 dollars worth product - aren't it a miracle.
NotAnickhey, i get the situation perfectly.
no ill intentions. shots were fired but if you fire, be prepared to take one. Thats life generally. Im fine on other posts.
comments are comments sections - doesnt matter what advice it is about
the shipping costs on this to straya is kinda weird.
one mat and the shipping is 21.75
but if i buy two its 48.50, which is more than if i bough two mats separately by 5$
buying three mats and the postage for each mat is roughly 22 dollars each.
only when buying more than 4 mats is it actually cheaper to buy in one go.
also it shipping per mat when buying 40 mats is less than if you buy 50.
70mats has a chepaer shipping per mat that 80.
but 100 mats has the cheapest shipping at 8.96 each.
i have too much time right now lol.
udllerOnce you reach a certain weight limit, it changes from USPS First Class to USPS Priority for international shipments. Thats what makes the shipping kind of odd.
Hey all!
Welcome to the NASA Logotype Deskpad drop. These deskpads are officially approved by NASA. Just a few things to point out - the black NASA Logotype is on a warm grey background with black stitching and the red NASA Logotype is one a white background with red stitching.
FAQs
Why is this shipping so expensive for international?
This is the actual cost of shipping. These deskpads are heavy (~2 pounds), and cost a good bit to ship out.
But product x weighs more than this and shipping is cheaper and/or free.
Some products have the cost of shipping built in to the actual cost of the product.
Why does it take so long to ship these out?
The product has to be manufactured, packaged, shipped out by sea to our office, and then we have to package them up. It takes quite a bit of time to get a product made.
How do you wash these?
Wash on cold/gentle cycle. Let air dry.
Thanks for reading!
Updates!
Great news everyone. We were able to get our shipment earlier than expected. These will all be shipped out on Tuesday July 9, 2019. :)
July 9 - All orders shipped. Drop complete.
is there any chance at all you can mark the value down just a bit? when shipping i mean, i already placed my order.
the value is just below the limit by 0.50kr so if this is received at customs on the wrong day I'll have to pay a lot extra.
i'm not asking you to lie, i am asking you to make a slight adjustment to help us norwegians
