Mine shipped in on September 9 and I just soldered it today. I haven't purchased this before, so I was unaware of the different PCB versions. Mine came with version 4.0 in a box that said it was V3, same as FallenNinja. The switches came with keycaps attached already and in place. Two of the switches on the right side were oriented the wrong way for the PCB to fit on correctly, so they got rotated to the right once (with the Kalih brand logo on the right side viewed top-down). One small let down is that the pcb came with no instructions. Of course the shipment of this order took a lot longer than expected which is a let down as well (purchased June 19, delivered September 9), but I wasn't in a rush for it so I didn't care too much either. Hopefully this will help me make a switch decision for the next time the Ergodox rolls around. Numpad test: 0123456789/-+. (cause you can totally tell I'm using the npkc tester numpad and not some other numpad... XD) It works! I put up a vid up on Youtube for those that may find it useful - "NPKC 17 Switch Tester - PCB v4 Soldering ."
Edit: one additional note. It does not come with a cord but uses micro USB which most people will already have. Once you plug it into a computer, give it a minute or two to recognize the device. It didn't recognize it immediately for me so I thought I'd missed something with the soldering, but it turns out I just needed to wait a bit longer.
