Great wide to medium telephoto lens that really feels the part of a Pro lens. I love that I can shoot in the rain and snow without wrapping it, though I still bag it when I shoot underwater. This is the most affordable skip-to-the-flagship standard zoom I remember seeing.
Pairs really well with the 40-150mm f/2.8 Pro, though I often wish there was a 10mm overlap rather than meeting at their extremes.
Olympus' 12-100mm f/4.0 Pro has just been released, and I'd consider it a better option for anyone who wants only one lens to handle, but this drop's lens is smaller and much lighter, and it gives a full stop of additional light for half the price of the new f/4.0.
