Well, apparently Orient watches made in China are just garbage! Sure the movement is great, but that is made in Japan. I'm going to stay away from any Orient that is made in China! They may resemble some quality, but there will be something wrong with it in most cases. I may even just avoid Orient all together! I have an Orient blue Mako 2 that is an awsome watch with no defects. I bought it when it first came out, so that could explain why that watch is fine! I had to send my blue Ray 2 back twice only to get all three watches with the same issues! I mean what a joke! Orient is not going to make this watch good . Maybe they can't make good because they don't have any that are any better. After my third misaligned watch I am just going to return it to MD and get a refund. A good deal isn't a good deal if you get less quality! Shame on Orient!! P.S. There is glue or paint on the chrome indices too! That is just plain poor quality!

suiticThat is why there is very little quality in almost everything now, and is not worth the money spent on them!

suiticHaha, those High Quality Swiss watches only need to have 60% Swiss parts. Other parts were most probably made in China. So are you just not going to not buy any watches? luck of the draw no matter what watch you get, for this low price you can't complain for an automatic watch. You pay what you get.

kwwuuYes I can complain about as issues in any watch at any price, and no it is not a deal at all if it is unusable. If my watch is not right, it is garbage! Whether it be $10, or $10,000! If it isn't right, it isn't worth 50 cent. And the reply to that retarded last comment you said, no, I payed way too much for what I got!!!

static.overdublike i said its its luck of the draw no matter what you buy everything is made in china, Seiko makes great watches. However at this price your bound to have a higher chance to get one with problems, they cut corners wherever they can to make it this cheap. Would you buy a car for $500 and expect it to run like a sports car? This guy is just mad he is so unlucky.

kwwuuNo I would expect it to run like a sports car, but I would expect it to run like it was supposed to. Like I said before, I sent 3 back and got 3 that were misaligned. It has become the norm for them to be this way, and you have to be really lucky to get one that is correct. If they can't make their watches correctly at whatever price it may be then they shouldn't make them at all. Nobody in their right mind wants to waste their money on a watch that is not right. I hope you get one that is of bad qc and then see what you think about it. It isn't that I am so unlucky, it is that they just have bad quality control are most are not correct anymore. I used to be a great fan of Orient. I own a few of them. My Blue Mako 2 is good. Then again I bought it when it first came out in 2016. Since then their qc has gone to shit!
