Product Description
Designed as much for office workers as it is for divers, the Aquamarine by Panzera features a cushion-style case that gives the watch a girthy 45-millimeter width. For easy legibility, the dial features long stick markers at the hour positions and exaggerated Arabic numerals—one red, one white—at the 12 and 6 o’clock positions Read More
Thats why we all love Massdrop, the prices here are way below the retail prices! Doubt you can find better prices on PANZERA or most other watch brands Massdrop sells anywhere else?
ChristophLAt this price its very good. I bought the silver case model, and paid a lot more. Wish I knew about Massdrop before I bought it damn it! But I can tell you i'm very impressed with the build quality and after 2 weeks it hasn't skipped a beat. Sniffing around for maybe the black one on here now...can maybe average out my total purchase price by owning 2, at least thats how I justified it to my wife :)
Baught this watch direct from Panzera .It was defective sent it back. When I complained I was met with indifference. Will NEVER buy on of their watches again. You get only one chance to make a good impression and they blew it
I actually quite like the design of this piece. The case looks a lot like a Panerai and there aint nothing wrong with that... unless you don't like Panerai of course.
DennisjewellerIt's not the brand I don't like it's just a case by case matter of design -_- and many people like and buy many unfashionable things, just because they do doesn't mean it looks any better. It's like how many people wear boot cut blue jeans with some absurd color tennis shoe, white tube socks, and some ungodly colored sports hoodie that's a different color usually neon or red, and some other hat that doesn't match? Most of the people in my city and my unit and everywhere else I've been don't know how to dress... They buy popular brands but that doesn't make them look any more fashionable. But they can like what they like of course. But then they always ask me what I'm wearing because it's not the same as their trashy look...
I'm oddly confused here. The watch comes with a pen. You can choose, YES pen or NO pen and there is no difference in price. That's super odd as usually opting out of the "gift" is an excuse the reduce the price below MAP. Here it really is a gift. If that's the case why even have an option to not get it?
Fantastic watches with a real quality look and feel. I have both the breuer 42 and aquamarine and they both are on high rotation in my watch collection. the aquamarine is more of a statement piece look at me watch where as the breuer 42 is a lot more toned down. Both have been really great pieces and I cant really fault them. I agree they rival the quality of higher end brands.
Unfortunately my experience with Panzera’s watches has not been good. I’ve had three now, all of which have had issues. Although minor, it’s getting the details right that sets a good watchmaker apart from the rest.
I’m honestly disappointed because most of their designs are quite appealing, and I like their larger sized options, but the quality with my particular examples was not up to scratch.
The first problem I had was a faulty band on an Aqamarine. They allowed me to return it but I had to work very hard to get them to cover the cost of my return postage.
The second watch I had issues with was from their Breuer line. There was an obvious gap in the spacing between the marker dots on either side of the 12 indicator.
The third, also from their Breuer line had a scratch or mark of some kind on the inside of the sapphire crystal (admittedly, this was hard to see looking directly at the watch face, but once turned to the side was very noticeable)
All of these issues were minor in some respect, but nonetheless noticeable, and once seen, can’t be unseen and ignored. And, like I said earlier, it’s the details that count.
I’d really like to hear their story as well. So far all I’ve gotten is that basically the uneven spacing is within normal tolerances and they can’t help me further because I posted a review here on Madsdrop. I’d be happy for someone higher up the line from Panzera to chime in further and elaborate.
