I live in Massachusetts, USA, and wonder what "Manufacturer's Warranty" means - does anyone know? In the past I have been told by ChartPak, that per Pelikan, they only honor the "Manufacturer's Warranty" for those dealers/sellers on Pelikan's provided "authorized" list which did not include MassDrop, and other major online channels. I ask because I like to know the details before a purchase.
