Aside from price, how does this one differ from xiaomi or swagtron? I wish the height is adjustable, that would probably make me buy this if that's the case
Why is everyone using the same design? If I want one of these, I'd go with more established brands like Xiaomi or Swagtron.
This looks it is a replica or just rebranded version of Xiaomi M365: https://des.gbtcdn.com/uploads/pdm-desc-pic/Electronic/image/2016/12/13/1481623410115618.jpg

I own a Xiaomi and ride it daily, and this is exactly what I thought too. There are some differences for sure, but the overall design is extremely similar.
You guys might want to take another look at your battery capacity figure. I have single 18650 batteries rated at 3400 mAh. If I’m reading this correctly and this scooter has 30 18650s rated at a total of 7800 mAh capacity, something ain’t right. ;-)

The measurement unit for energy is Watt not mAh. To calculate the energy (or power), you need to know not only the electric current intensity, but also the voltage (P=U x I). The nominal power of one 18650 battery is 12.58W. A group of 30 batteries has 377.8W (30pcs. x 3.7V x 3.4A). The 7800mAh value means that the scooter battery group can deliver a current intensity of 7,8A for 1 hour at the nominal voltage whatever it is... So, the scooter has a 250W motor alimented by a 377,8W battery group. Which explains the autonomy of about 1,1 hours (72% efficiency, which is plausible). Nothing strange here...

Sorry, I didn't read the specs before making counts... So the motor has 300W, the voltage is known (36V). Declared battery power 280W. Again, nothing strange...
Does this package include Cruize control, headlight w/charge and speed LCD display?

Cruise Control? I don't think so, because it's not mentioned. Headlight? Yep Charger? Yep Speed LCD Display? Yep. Source: Viewed product photos at https://phoenix-ryders.com
