The big difference is that these are a bit fancier than what you can get directly from NStar's site... these have the color-matched utensils that correspond to each fabric color (even the stitching in each is coordinated) and they included an additional upper flap in the case that keeps the utensils inside while traveling (they have a tendency to slip out otherwise). Never saw bamboo as overly priced as this, for the same money I can get 2 sets of titanium utensils delivered in two days free shipping from amazon, and that very same set will be around for my great great great great grand kids to use :P
