You promised an update by 2/12--I got my delivery of two pens, not two boxes, on 2/13. Now you say information on the "correct" delivery won't be posted until 2/22! What happened?

The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 2/19.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, but we will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
As stated before, we understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (massdrop.com/transactions).

Hi all,
We know the issue with this last drop was disappointing, and we appreciate you all bearing with us. We've worked out the error that occurred to send members only one pen out of the 12 pack, and we've taken steps to correct it and ensure it doesn't happen again.

Received the remaining 11 pens yesterday. Sadly the lid of the box was just ripped off to remove the extra 12th pen.
