Hopefully someone can help me, i bought this one on amazon worked for like 3 years and just overnight it developed an issue as soon as i started using an amazon subwoofer cable that goes from 1 rca to 2 rca supposedly this is a subwoofer grade cable but idk if i might have pressed too hard on the outputs of the subwoofer when connecting and that might have caused this type of issue. The issue is that the unit gets very hot while connected to the power outlet and it just briefly turns the led indicator on and goes off again immediately. I was thinking that could have been something about those outputs maybe getting pressed too hard at something that conducts current or it could be something else cause i decided to open it since there was a hum but i ended up not touching anything when i opened it, just looked around for a bit if i could see any indication to what could be causing the hum to not find anything. The main issue besides it not turning on is that it gets very hot very quickly somewhere near the plugs and transformer area. It is very strange cause the night before this happened i used the unit and it worked fine. I think it worked fine even after i opened and closed the back of the unit to check for the hum. Anyone had this happened to them or something similar and could u find a way to fix it?
