nelsonI only just opened mine up and found out that I was shipped a black pen, instead of the clear Demo pen I ordered. Anyone else run into that issue?
EDIT: Attached photos. Guessing I actually received a Platinum Balance.

Quick update for the group. We are still waiting for the last shipment of the order to come in. Based on the shipping schedule we were given, we are expecting the shipment to arrive by Friday.
As long as the order arrives early enough in the day, we should be able to have the rest of the order ship out within the same day.

Quick update for the group. 3 out of the 4 shipments for this order arrived earlier today, and our warehouse staff were able to quickly prepare them for individual orders today. By the end of the day, we managed to get most of the orders from this drop shipped out.
We were told the remaining order will arrive by our warehouse within the next few days, once it does we are ready to have the rest of the orders shipped right away.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Platinum Cool Fountain Pen shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will send the bulk shipment to our fulfillment center where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you guys with updated information on the status of your package.
Expect an update from us on 1/14 or sooner.
