I just received mine from a previous drop. At first, i thought it didn't work, but later realized i had about 1 mm of dust hard-packed into my lightning port on my iPhone. A little paperclip cleanout and I'm in business. I did have to do a little unsanctioned surgery on the charging cable. The tip fit wonderfully inside my Spigen Neo Hybrid case. It fit so well that the cable actually couldn't make a secure connection because it butted against the case trying to reach the plug-in tip. I had to sand down the wide edges of the cable with some P400 grit sand paper. I'm sure this voided the warranty, but the other alternative was to seek a refund. Now it works great and I'm thinking about ordering more for everyone in my family.
Wishlist: A family pack of cables (are the silver/gold cables charge compatible with either gold/silver plug tip?) Longer charging cable - I really like the supple cables, since they flex without stressing the magnetic "lock". A mix & match tip sale. We have 3 iOS and 2 Android devices at home. Eliminate or DIM the blue light on the cable. It's very bright on your nightstand. I my try to dim mine with a sharpie first and then cover it with tape.
