Is this a no-brand Chinese clone of Znaps? Why, indeed it is a no-brand Chinese clone of Znaps. The Lightning connector doesn't even look legit (though it's presumably power-pin compatible). There's also an Indiegogo product ('Zaptip') that has an identical-looking not-Lightning connector design.

The updates don't have real information in them, Chinese customs did not take that long to "get back up and running" "oh we had a meeting with customs and it went well" Not to mention, they redesigned the product halfway through, after the ship date of the original design. Everything presented to the backers (I was one of them and saw all 38 of the updates) was just a facade. You can't trust everyone to be the good guys.

I think they are trying to protect their product? I'm not really sure. I mean, watching their demo video, they watermarked the whole video. So I guess they are very protective about it.

Are these capable of handling data transfers as well?
Regarding charging, will this reduce charging times for quickcharge 2.0/3.0/fastcharge?

But would they be compatible with fast charging (qualcomm quick charge 2/3) and high speed data transfer (usb 3.0)

doobie83Android cable/adapter are compatible with QC 2.0 and QC 3.0. However cannot do high speed data transfer as in USB3.0. Only USB 2.0 speeds.

my current record of a good android device is 0 for 7. Technically 8 if you include Android enulators on a decently spec’d computer.

rollcastI have a Spigen Crystel shell on my S7Edge and the plug fits just fine. I'll be posting pics and a basic review tomorrow morning.

@SickMeds - You are the biggest cry baby I have ever seen in my life? Everyone go look at his previous posts on other products. Click his name and you can go read his other comments. He complains about everything! This is obviously a very unhappy man that has no life and lives to cause drama. Your phone is fine, stop whining. I have been using the Plugies for a while and actually just bought another set here and then starting reading the comments and came across this guys thinking maybe it's not the same ones I have already. Well it is the same ones I currently use and come to find out it's just the chronic complainer that's the problem. I have tried quite a few different companies that make these and these are by far the best. They line up easily and connect perfectly. Other companies the magnets don't line up and the pins fall out. I see a couple people had issues with the pins sticking but thats an easy fix - better than them falling out like other brands! Obviously this guy doesn't take his Sick Meds!
