So what do the switches compare closest to for like cherry and cherry clones? Do they feel like Gateron Clears or something?

ThePWRofYogThis uses electro-capacitive switches. Not *at all* like Cherrys and MX clones in general. Have your tried Topre? That's the nearest reference.

ThePWRofYogThere's no such thing as a Topre switch tester. Basically it's a special kind of rubber dome with a spring that uses electro capacitive technology to detect key presses. It's actually analog and with certain topre keyboards you can set the actuation sensitivity. You should probably try and find a local meetup, there's bound to be a topre keyboard there for you to try out.
