I'm really excepted for this drop since I've heard a lot of good things about the feel of the keyboard. I bought some Cherry MX compatible key caps from Massdrop to go with this keyboard. 1. are they compatible? 2. is there anything i should pay attention to when changing them? I haven't had an electro-capacitive keyboard before

Scr1beNot all electro capactive keyboards are compatible with cherry keycaps, but this model is. It uses a cherry stem.

Scr1beRemember to put the springs around the stem, they sometimes come off with the cap.

rheumaticHi Rheumatic, just got the keyboard. It doesn't look like any of them have springs. Will it be necessary to put them over all of the steams or just the ones I use more?

Scr1beNone of them came with springs? That's how it determines the 35, 45, and 55g capacity. I receive mine tomorrow from this drop, I'll let you know what I figure out hands on.

Scr1beWelp, I got my board in, and applied my springs! Gotta say I prefer the typing with them. I didn't receive springs for every cap though. I also had a shoddy right shift key and the stabilizers fell off and won't fit back on. On the bright side though, you'll only need the springs if you want to add a weight to your caps to prevent bottoming out
