Im a huge fan of their stuff - have a field notes cover & a wallet from them... top quality stuff, hand made, made locally (I live in Beautiful British Columbia) love them both & every once and a while have someone make comment on my skookum wallet.... Won't buy this though, just dont need it. What i do need though is a new belt, so, if a popov belt comes on here, im likely going to be buying! :)
i have one Popov Cardholder from Ryan, and it was fantastic, the thread is strong and the leather is beautiful. i want to know if Ryan can bring his famous bifold wallet into Massdrop, if yes, i would jump-in within a heartbeat.
I have been extremely satisfied by my Popov purchases, and Ryan is top-notch to work with! So far I have a five-card wallet, two Field Notes covers, an EDC Pocket Armor, and an A5 cover as well. All have been fantastic products as far as workmanship, style, and beauty! Thanks, Ryan and Popov Leather!
You hit me up via email list for all of the cool stuff you have and NOW you do it on Massdrop too? Sigh...... Guess I'll have to get one of these too. My Popov EDC pocket armor(s) and watch bands are going strong.
How stiff is the leather. Say if I pick it up by one corner, will it droop? Lets stick to the Driftwood leather as that is the one I am interested in.
I have that leather for my belt and I like it as its soft, but that's a belt. I would expect this tray to be a bit stiffer. Just in case I move it around.
Received mine the other day and just have to say how beautiful it is. The leather is thick, the color is rich and the look and feel is amazing. Great job on this! Glad I bought it.
