I'll be the first to admit I love to cook and freaking hate buying fresh herbs since they always go bad. I live alone and cook for myself so I never go through the whole bunch. Any good tips to save these herbs? And anyone have experience with these? I'd buy in a heartbeat if there are good/great reviews from first hand experience

Anyone used something like this before and had better results than a glass of water with a plastic bag over it?

Other than making your herbs look like they belong in the mess hall of a spaceship, I don't see the advantage over putting them in a glass with some water and covering with a plastic bag.
