Very happy
The process to use this thing couldn't be easier, and the result is delicious. The fine filter doesn't allow much silt at all - I really like that. Some cold-brew makers are too tall for the milk shelf on the fridge - this fits well all over the place. 5/5

Good but
My only complaint is that it’s hard to fill without the water lifting the coffee grounds out of the designated area.

Its great, just wish it was bigger.
I love making cold brew during the summer. We were making it on our own in pitchers with out filters and then straining it out after it steeped for 24 hours. This is a lot easier having the drop in strainer. The one problem is that the amount it makes is only enough for 2 days, for 2 people. So really it would be nice to have 2 pitchers, and just rotate them every 24 hours basically!

Good, its fragile but you knew you were buying a glass pitcher
I've used it a dozen times now. It makes strong coffee, with a lot of flavor. its glass, so it will break if you abuse it, but so far mine has been flawless. It's super easy to clean. I actually want to get another one now.

Makes good coffee. Easy to clean. The rubber bottom is a nice (and very needed) touch. The carafe is the weakness. The handle is thin and the glass it attaches to is even thinner. The entire thing feels very fragile. Every time I pick it up, I fear I will drop it, or the handle will snap, or I will set it down too hard. I'm convinced that shattering is a matter of "when" not "if". This product would be fantastic if they replaced the glass carafe with stainless steel, or used thicker glass with metal/plastic handles.

I’m quite pleased with this cold brewer. It’s easy to use, easy to clean. It seems easier to add grounds to the filter basket/cylinder before placing it in the carafe, as you can get grounds in the carafe if you don’t pour carefully . I grind my beans at about the same coarseness as I would for my French press and the coffee is perfect. Also, I’ve found that I can get away with fewer scoops than the recommended 14 tbsps in the instructions, and I still get a robust and flavorful result the next day. I am enjoying it!
