You are trying looks like inteligent person, most of your comments is about complaining of something. Your all comments looks like bad joke. You are writing about whining, but look at your history here on MASSDROP. The last one about batteries and shipping? Are you still kidding me? Most of the brands and sellers, selling their products with batteries via air, and using common company such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, China Air. Welcome to 21th century.
YES MAN, its obviously smart when brands like SENNHEISER don't shipping their headphones to mostly ASIAN countries. You think Asian people don t deserve got chance to buy products or what? You looks like racist for me...

Bought one each of the tie fighter and x-wing, so my son and I could have dogfights. Charged up the batteries and followed all of the instructions in the manuals. Neither drone would fly. The rotors spin and whine, but they will not lift the vehicle off the ground. All of the controls seem to be working properly. If the barrel roll button is pressed, they will flip onto theirs backs, but nothing can get them to actually lift and hover. Did I get two defective units, or am I doing something wrong?
They came in a timely fashion, but we did not open them until Christmas, only to discover they would not fly.
edit: looking at reviews for these on amazon, I see that many people had the same experience! Lots of noise and lights, but they do not actually fly. Will be looking for a refund/return. Should have read the reviews on amazon first.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?!?!? You moved the ship date to the 27th, AFTER I made my purchase and you have taken my money! It’s now the 30th and you haven’t given us ANY updates on our orders! This is not how you treat your customers. I’m reporting you to the BBB!

That’s great that you got the info you asked for, but the point is that we shouldn’t have too. The company should be updating the customers of their orders without us having to ask for it. But thanks for the heads up.

I bought one of these elsewhere and it is so cool. seriously very well made. Its painted and modeled so well, it looks like a classic movie prop. It even has an app you can use as a begginers drone flight simulator. I also like that it has adjustable modes, and adjustable throttle (spring centers throttle for auto hover, or no spring) so it's good for beginners or veteran quad pilots. you can even battle them with infrared lasers! AND THERE'S SOUND EFFECTS. Even the unboxing was incredible. Everything about this Collectable drone blew me away.
This is honestly not a bad deal either. I got a $20 discount from $170, so after tax I paid $ 168. From MD its $150 for me after tax & shipping.

camdudeThis is 100% accurate. I got the X1 last year as a gift for Christmas, but didn't unbox it until this past summer as I thought it was just a gimmicky toy, but boy was I wrong. You'll see that $40 value in the box set alone! The entire experience from cutting the wax seal on the box and opening the lid for the first time, down to reading the actual instructions, is so pleasantly immersive into the nostalgic Star Wars of the past. It makes me extremely happy to see Massdrop with this deal.

This was supposed to ship in time for Christmas (I purchased this for my nephews and niece). I still haven't received an update on where it is and when it will ship.
I'm seriously considering filing a chargeback request with my CC unless this is resolved asap.

I got all three. The first time I got two but one didn't have the music play when the box opened so I returned it and bought it again during the second drop. I've tested one so far.
These things are amazing and the packaging seems worth the 30 bucks alone.

Is the inner box really black? I have the X-Wing version that I purchase somewhere else, but the main box is gray. The website showed the black box version, but when it arrived, it was gray box. The pictures depicted on Massdrop shows the black box version. Can you confirm display box color?

cleakeThe ones I saw, purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond, were black. Not sure if there were other versions of the packaging.

Got my Tie Advance and Speeder Bike yesterday. Have flown the speeder bike several times with no issues, works great. Tie Advance was working fine until a few minutes into the first flight and suddenly went for a nose dive. Now the front right motor isn't spinning, looks like it's toast. Hopefully Propel will be able to help with replacing the motor.
Also the repulsor lift wheel on both controllers was super sticky. I thought they were broken but turns out it just takes a lot of force to get it to lock in case anyone is thinking it's broken like I did.

jj_ccSo for the repulsor control, you just had to push upwards hard? Mine doesn't seem to lock to off, and springs back downwards.
