Was looking at buying a set of Alphas and 40s to cover a Minivan, but it seems like there's only one 1.5u R3 keycap in the 40s set - is that a mistake? Really don't want to have to buy an extra set just for one key :( Thanks!

prastThere are two 1.5u R3 keycaps on the 40s kit, an ENTER and a HACK one to cover these keyboards. At the end of the day, the form factor will be covered with high quality spherical keycaps for less than $95.

MiTothere should be two for the bottom row and then the enter would go on the home row of the minivan. so since the bottom is row 3 and there is home row which is also row 3 there should technically be 3 1.5 R3 keys.
Unless my eyes deceive I only see 2. Godspeed did in fact have enough.

MiToIs this PULSE key supposed to be 1.5u?

All of the other 1.25u keys are shown on the row below it, so it almost seemed like there was a mistake with the chart. Minivans require two 1.5u keys in the bottom row, along with a 1.5u enter key for a total of 3 R3 1.5u keys.

evangsI understand what you're talking about, don't know what was going on in my head for me to miss the specific compatibility. Too many new and old keyboards nowadays and hard to remember all of them, I'm going to add a 1.5u wide with PULSE as legend, hopefully that will work and result in a cool look (let me know if not).

prastI completely missed this detail, sorry for the confusion. I'm getting another 1.5u wide keycap added to the kit, it may take a little while for the render to update here on Massdrop but you can be sure it will be there, in the actual kit everyone will receive. Silent Holy Panda X?

I ordered some Holy Panda X switches, and I fell in love with them. They are a joy to type on. There's just one problem. The place that I use my keyboard to type the most is obviously at work, which is a problem if I want to use the Holy Panda X in the office around a whole bunch of people. I really don't want to torture my coworkers with the clack of these switches. I'd rather they still liked me. The good news is that, for me, the actuation of the Holy Panda X is the best part. I could take or leave the sound it makes; even if it is fantastic. Which leads me to my conundrum: is there another "silent" switch that feels similar to the Holy Panda X? Is there a piece I can remove from the Holy Panda X that would allow me to make them silent? Or am I going to have to wait and see if Drop will drop a Silent Holy Panda X for the in-office mech community?
