The one on drop in June 2019 is the 2019 model, correct? The one with the attatchable lumbar support?

The chair is great and the delivery was very quick, but.... Mine is slowly sinking. The chair will not remain at the up position. It slowly sinks to the bottom of it's travel. Is this discussion where I contact customer service?

Can you lock the armrests in position or do they move around all over the place like most chairs these days?

No problem at all, glad we were able to help!
Just clarifying to rotate the armrest degree it does require a bit of force to do so. Pushing and placing your elbows on the top of the armrest will not rotate it .
