OrCohenBecause they have large internal batteries that are not allowed in single shipments on airplanes under the new regulations. Anything greater than 300 watt hours falls under this new regulation. Over the last year more and more restrictions are coming out on all different types of hazmat shipments which either makes it alot more expensive to ship batteries or restricts it all together.

I ordered this vacuum last Friday when will I get it. ?
I would look into a quality unit from Roomba, Neato, or Samsung over buying these cheap robots. There is a world of difference. If you want to get something decent on the cheap check out the Xiaomi Mi, they are clearing inventory for the new version they have coming out soon.
alanskiiiworks really good on tile, but when it gets to a throw rug or a area rug, it gets stuck and shuts off. I am returning mine as it is not as described. There were no comments about that it would not handle an area rug or throw rug that was a hard carpet. Did not work out for me. It did pick up the pet hair, and was great at that. No rugs I would recommend, have rugs, no way.
ARikozuMIt is not a vacuum, it is a robot broom. It doesn't actually have any vacuum in it, it just sweeps stuff up. If that's all you want, then it's great. Otherwise, be prepared to pay more for an actual vacuum.

As long as you can get a charge controller in there, and output the correct voltage the machine expects to see, should work. But I'm no electronics expert, just a jack of all trades and a little redneck ingenuity. Might have luck doing some Google searching and finding other people who did similar conversions.
