I wanted to love this more than I did

I purchased this numpad because I was sorely missing my 10-key from an older keyboard. The Bluetooth capability is a great option since I use a MacBook for work and the USB/dongle situation gets pretty ridiculous. Pairing was fairly straightforward with the instruction video in the listing and I enjoy the feel of the keys! However, I've noticed if I type too quickly, the numpad doesn't register my entry and I have to repeat strokes. As instructed, I waited for a full charge before first use - but to my surprise the battery was out within only one week of light use, even though I always turn the device off. I wanted to give this numpad a higher rating but the execution just isn't as seamless as I would have hoped! On another note, aesthetics easily get 10/10 points, and I am looking forward to having the matching set as I've ordered the Qwerkywriter keyboard as well.
