eeheeSorry no one ever answered you.
They're called DIP switches and will slightly change your layout.
I'm sure you could google "Race DIP switches" to find out what they do.
I hope you figured it out before now.
After you flick them, you have to unplug and re-plug in the keyboard for the changes to take effect.

I own a RACE with white switches which is basically my favorite keyboard (and what I use daily at work). I hopped on this drop for the original RACE because the RACE II is not a total improvement. The programability along with toggle mode is great for letting you adjust the layout, but they permanently modified it by having dedicated Toggle and Pn keys in place of F11 and F12. This means it is even farther from TKL than this original RACE. Additionally, the RACE II comes with laser etched UV coated ABS keycaps, while this RACE comes with PBT keycpas. Finally, the colors are different, with the RACE II being darker.
As for keycaps, the best resource is Signature Plastics individual blanks. It's even possible to get spacebars from them.
As for the layout, haters gonna hate, but the cool kids use 1.25 keys all over the place (dem arrows) and R5 !

We’ve submitted our order for Race mechanical keyboard shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, our vendor is preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.
Expect an update on Tuesday or sooner if something comes up.
