Update: As promised, here's a quick set of instructions to get the Configurator up and running on MacOS if you're running into issues:
1) Go to https://www.dropbox.com/s/b9y0u3leon6on1s/libusb-1.0.0.dylib?dl=0
2) Download the file to your downloads folder
3) Find Terminal.app in spotlight and open it
4) Once the terminal opens, type
cd ~/Downloads
5) Hit return, then type
cp libusb-1.0.0.dylib /usr/local/lib
6) Restart the Configurator
That should get everything working A-OK! I'll be updating the Configurator guide with this these instructions in the next half-hour. Long story short if you're interested in the details, a tool called 'dfu-programmer' should have been looking for a bundled library called 'libusb', but was instead looking outside of the app bundle at the /usr/local/lib directory.
We're going to work on a proper fix in the Configurator so future users won't have to follow the instructions above, but for now the instructions should get you running right away instead of waiting another couple of days for me to re-build the Configurator - and I know how eager y'all are to start using your M10-As :)
Again, apologies from me on the bumpy start, and huge thanks for all your patience - I'm going to get working on the handful of other issues that have been reported so far, I'll keep you all posted on my progress.
If you guys have any other issues, drop me a message via email or on this forum and I'll pick it up as soon as I get chance, and if you have any issues with the instructions above, let me know too, I'd be happy to walk you through it one-to-one :)
Cheers,

massdrop27percentJust tried this on 2 different macbooks with Sierra and it didn't work :(. Download libusb, copied it to /usr/local/lib and opened the latest version of the configurator. Once I push the reset button, my pad still doesnt get recognized.
I made sure my reset button was still working so I plugged it into my windows 10 machine and pushed the reset button, received the usb disconnect/reconnect sound.
massdrop27percentOk this solves the popup error I was having but it still doesn't detect that the board is connected. I checked the Apple System Report and it showed that the device is indeed connected, but the configurator doesn't seem to see it.
KCCoffeegeekAre you an admin on your Mac? If so, type 'sudo' before the command thats causing you problems - it'll prompt you to enter your password and give you permission to proceed.
So, just for clarity, you'd want to type:
cd ~/Downloads
Hit return, then type
sudo cp libusb-1.0.0.dylib /usr/local/lib
and hit return again
That should get you past the permission denied message, let me know if you have any more issues, I'll be around to help out :)
massdrop27percentI tried this and it says "permission denied." Looked up what that's about and found, "Do this: sudo chmod 755 /usr/local/lib" but then it says usr/local/lib no such file or directory. Any help? I'm getting more frustrated the deeper I go.
massdrop27percentOops, sorry, I missed your reply. Did what you said, still nothing. This time it didn't give me a "permission denied" but it asked for a password. I entrered it and it took me back to a prompt, so I assume that's it? Opened Configurator, plugged in the device and still reads "disconnected."
massdrop27percentDoes not work for me either ... os X - 1.1.6 configutrator - pressed reset - restarter etc ... etc... nothing works - my keypad only type A b c d e... which is handy but not was I was dreaming of ... :)
SikhPlugging it in doesn't bring up the keyboard thing in Mac OS, either. Just realized I wasn't on Sierra, was on El Capitan, so I updated everything and tried again, nothing. Wonder if my entire unit is just screwed?
KCCoffeegeekI'm wondering the same thing unless the board that we have can be programmed. Im sure it can but it would probably require 27percent to have one on hand unless he already does. Hoping this can be fixed by the weekend
SikhKeyboard Setup Assistant no longer opens automatically, either. Opening it myself and pressing a key does nothing anymore. I'll wait another week or so to get this thing working, but I am pretty frustrated for the $$$ spent coupled with the fact that mine shipped with a broken keycap, too. I'm not real patient with stuff like this! LOL
massdrop27percentMine can be detected by my windows 10 machine( ATm32U4DFU ), and the driver has installed successfully. The Configurator (named Configurator-Setup-1.1.6.exe) shows my M10-A is connected, and I've tried different layer with different configuration, but none of them works! I have followed the congifurator manual to reset the keyboard and upload the configuration, but my keyboard cannot type anything even abcdefg. Could you solve this issue please. Cheers!
ella_zhoujxAfter the upload completed and the configurator showed disconnected I had to remove power from M10-A (remove the USB cord) and plug back in to see the new layout take affect.
