Sadly Arthur doesn't have as much control over airline policy as much as we'd like him to.
However, we should have some good news for everyone by 1/6 this week. This delayed fulfillment was definitely affected by the holidays. When our initial shipping plan fell through it took a lot of time to find another carrier that can move the products quickly.

CharleshhartmannAbsolutely correct. However, this is the first time we shipped this particular device. It is also the first time this keyboard is coming into the United States. This can cause issues and delays - especially during the holidays.

YanboWuI am sorry to say, but Ill need a refund. My space key, key cap is broken and the space bar design is completely unusable unless you hit the space bar dead center, It does this SeeSaw effect which is just completely unacceptable.
I feel bad for everyone who supported this, waited and then just get a sub par product form the quality you see and expect from mass drop.
I am really considering this to be one of my last purchases and I will just pay a little more on amazon and get my shit in 2 days.

CharleshhartmannYeah mine is the same way, space bar gets tilted if not pressed on dead center. I'm keeping mine; managing text messages with a Bluetooth mechanical keyboard? Yes, please.

AdamonsterIt looks like the dummy stabilizer keys on either side have no rebound so when the key is not pressed on center, it gets tilted and stays that way. Will any replacement space bar key fit with this board, or needs custom length? I'm going to order a new space bar and see if that helps.

EmileI only have this issue on one side of my space bar. The stabilizer on the left side functions as I'd expect, and if I press anywhere from the left edge through just right of the center it works fine. The right stabilizer, however, is an utter failure and allows the key to just flop about.

IansMindHave you tried pushing the spacebar down hard on both sides? It is possible that the stabs aren't pushed into the posts. I had this issue with a Vortex keycap set with Cherry stabs in the past, I had to push the spacebar far harder than I thought I would need to to get the stabs to go in.
