I have to laugh every time I see this come up. This kit is basically garbage and is so ridiculously overpriced for the nonsense in it. You are paying mostly for the bag, the neck collar & maybe stethoscope. Rest is made for small boo boos and NOT trauma. I would in no way trust this kit to save anyone's life. I say that as someone who has over 6 years as a LEO & first responder. This post isn't an attack against Rothco, but I feel most viewing this without proper medical training may think this kit is helpful when in reality it is not. You can get MUCH better ones for $50 that actually have QuickClot homeostatic gauze, Israeli bandage, proper tourniquet, chest seals, better quality bandage wraps, etc.

rtd210The big issues with first aid/trauma kits is its almost always better to build your own because 1) the markup on most kits out there is astronomical and 2) you get exactly what you need without the fluff.  Ex: kits that contain eye wash, sting/burn gels, and a crap ton of band aids are for boo-boos and not serious injuries.  Not to say those can't be helpful, but they use those to fill up a kit to make it look more substantial.  Now that's not to say there aren't some decent kits out there, but more often that not, you will pay for the quality.  In that regard some of the top ones I've seen come from North American Rescue.  All high quality gear, created & tested by guys in the field (military & LE medics, etc) but you'll pay a bit of a premium.
Also depends what size your looking for and what purpose it'll serve.  If you only need a kit for primarily yourself or to use on another person, then an 'IFAK' is straight & to the point.  AR500 (https://www.ar500armor.com/medical.html) has some decent ones that were recently on sale (looks like it ended now but several times a year they have a 15-20% off site wide).  If don't have much to spend, Adventure Medical has a 'trauma pack' that's only $19!
If you want one to treat several people, or to have for at home or in car, then you get into the top issue above where they include so much useless crap, and charge a small fortune.  If I had to go with a premade, Adventure Medical Kits would be one of my go-to's.  Their Sportsman Grizzly, Mountain Series Fundamentals, or even Mountain Backpacker are all pretty decent and reasonably priced compared to many others on market.  Canadian company "MyMedic" seems to have decent kits as well (though closer in pricing to top-of-the line ones from N.A.R.).  I've also been intrigued by kits by Australian company "Survival Emergency solutions" (www.survivalfirstaidkits.net.au) and am considering ordering their home/office kit to try out.  They also sell them on amazon for those of us in US.
But again, best bang for your buck is to order pieces individually off amazon, etc and put together in whatever style bag you like.  Hope some of the above is helpful.  If you have more specific questions, I will try to help.

rtd210Adventure medical kits are fairly reasonable and pretty comprehensive in scope for the money, if you don't want to build your own. 59.99 for the bighorn kit on Amazon, which is the level right below their big boy, the grizzly. Has just about everything the grizzly does, minus the cervical collar. Hope this helps.
