While I'm grateful that Massdrop has arranged things so that those who received the wrong item get the correct one, they didn't get things quite right the second time around either. I ordered the SCHA5 Plain Edge, received the SCHA7 the first time around. The replacement knife I just got in the mail is SCHA5 Serrated Edge.
Honestly I don't even know whose fault it is at this point. But I know for a fact that I probably won't be joining any multi-option drops any time in the future. What's the point of these things if you don't get what you order?

JesterboneIt's funny because I got the wrong order. Submitted tickets with no answer and then checked Amazon. My knife is actually 23$ on Amazon. I paid 31 for the wrong order and for it to take a month to get to me. I'll use massdrops email list to get ideas but I'll never buy from them again.

The company sent the wrong knife. I am very disappointed. I submitted a ticket but still have not had any response. Hopefully I will receive some communication soon.

As I type this at 9:45am PT Tuesday 11/29, our customer service team has responded to all who have written in for this issue. If you haven't received a response yet please advise and we can assist. Just about there! We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is sent out!
