The dial is one of the most beautiful dials out there! If you are underwhelmed by the aesthetics of the strap (I was) try changing it to a brown strap with stitching or even a thin mesh(or even another black leather strap). It went from "well this is nice" to "its drop dead gorgeous!" in my opinion of-course. Pictured are two really cheap straps I use for my cocktail time.

l2yuk3nThis strap is the "Hadley-Roma Men's MB3836RWSE 20 20mm". Funny thing is I tried to upgrade to Strapcodes 20mm mesh with solid end links which is twice the price of the Hadley Roma mesh but it doesn't go nearly as well with the watch(its thick and has a brushed finish which some how takes away from the dial). A polished mesh goes really well with the cocktail time. The best mesh I've heard is Staibs polished mesh but it's out of my budget range(there are some really nice pics on Google with the cocktail time). For the price the Hadley Roma mesh is a really nice band!

jchandyStrapcode's mesh bands are more "hefty" and lend themselves more to diver style watches. The more "fine" milanese mesh like the Hadley-Roma go very well on dress watches like the Cocktail Time.
