What is the return policy for massdrop?
This is the refurbished version. Way to NOT call attention to that in the overview or specs!
Quick google search of the model number NV500RDREF shows that.

There are state and federal laws against deceptive advertising practices. I’m not sure if providing the model number and expecting consumers to discover the undisclosed refurbished history of the product is deceptive advertising or not.

thanks alot man, that's really big and how can they_NOT_ disclose such a thing. Very very very disappointed.
I have the NV360. I'm not sure if the number indicates fewer features/lower quality but I love mine. Mine doesn't have the fancy headlights. Bought on Azon for $149. Many great reviews on Shark vacuums and if I needed a vacuum, I'd jump on this. The rotating feature is pretty sweet. You kind of Mario Andretti around all your furniture. Plus, it's super powerful. I actually have to fight it sometimes because of the insane suction.
I like the large 'PROFESSIONAL' badge on front. Is this the GMC of vacuums? Do licensed housecleaners endorse it? Does that word just make you feel better inside? Perhaps all three. But using my Shark is pretty awesome, even for this amateur.
Howdy Everyone,
I was able to get a better cost on this product and have lowered the price of the drop to $129.99.
Cheers.

It's $140 at PCMag.com... this is not a good price.
I have this model and it works very well. Filters are easy to clean/wash. This is a very good price especially with the free shipping. I believe Wal-Mart is selling this model $199.99.
