I M O. I can't understand the price for what you get; the recent Timex Waterbury is ten times the quality and watch this is. Maybe this should be a $25 watch,if that!! I don't know why so many have been sold; at this budget level the Timex makes a lot more sense. Maybe "individualism" is stronger than common sense. To an extent most of us want our own "image" otherwise why is there so much choice in all product lines; but this watch indeed this brand is so vastly overpriced. Like the range of brands in Rayf 's comment, these are just trash, there are more and better budget watches around to offer at this price point. "Fossil,Lorus,Timex etc."

Yes, I live 8ks form the beach in Queensland but always take my watch off to swim; that's if I do go onto the beach; usually prefer a pool with a bar close by!!! It's funny how many of us take our water resistant watches off to swim; especially the expensive ones.

Very Earnshaw. I actually did order the Gantz for my son but it was lost in transit as was the Bulova Curv; I did actually replace the Gantz with an Earnshaw Westminster skeleton currently at 139 sterling and that actually arrived from UK in 8 days ,all good. I have the Orient Kamasu coming , or at least it says it is at the moment. I think the U.S postal systems to send to Australia are suffering at present. The last two watches I got through Chrono24 were out of New York; the last one an Alpina Seastrong went missing within a week, and the Victorinox I bought before arrived stuffed, just wouldn't work even after a battery change, replacing the movement not an option as that cost almost twice that of the discounted price in the first place. It's great to live here, currently better in Perth: but we have to pay for it!! No discounted watches here, except Starbuy out of Sydney - good range of diver's watches currently a Seiko turtle at half price!! Anyway, nice speaking with you. Just a footnote if you are looking for something out of the ordinary and IMO crazy looking watches try "ElectricianZ" from the swiss makers responsible for Sevenfriday; check out the glow in dark shots, very very different.

Well once again this 🗣️ Pro Diver... At least there's the elapsed ⏳ bezel but I don't know how to operate it 🤔 and this ⌚ is a quartz, but I don't know where is the 🔋 EOL indicator (when it's going flat) If that bezel is ornate and there's no 🔋EOL indicator, then that marking is totally wrong. You can't just come to call this ⌚ a diver if it doesn't even have the required elements, and that without even considering if this ⌚ is actually tested as a diver according to ISO/DIN/JIS https://www.watchtime.com/featured/dive-watch-defined/ That's a totally bad sign regarding the claims the manufacturer makes. No serious company it seems.

A collection of cheap Logo brands, likely all pumped out of the same watch factory, each one more hideous than the next. Explore them at you own risk; pray they don't all show up here next week!

I cannot see any universe where this watch is $480 !!!! The dial is the only redeeming feature design. And the crown looks like someone has put a miniature clamp onto the watch to hold the crown on. If the watch needs this novelty piece of "engineering" to sell it then beware. Even at $75 you would probably have to like this crown etc. design more than the watch itself; as it dominates what you look at. May be a bit of fun at $75. But I do think someone is controling the advertised prices around the internet at the mid $300 mark, which is still a lot for this watch, but the main advertisers are "Catch" and "Deal of the Day"!!! Very upmarket indeed!! But horses for courses a they say.

You own one? Is that crown guard as painful as it looks?

TwentySixAndI've only worn it for one day of laying down hardwood floor and maybe one relaxed weekend. It's too big for me on the stock strap, and I'm procrastinating on the wide leather strap that should make it quite comfortable. When flooring, I had my watch hand back at a sharp angle holding the nailer (almost leaning on it like it was a cane) while I thwacked the mallet down with my right. The impact was noticeable right where you'd expect, but it wasn't painful. Without those impacts I think I'd hardly notice the crown, and that's in the relatively rare event (outside of construction work) that my hand goes back that far.

First watch I've seen with a grease fitting instead of a crown . . .

A single screw holds that bar on. Maybe you could just unscrew it? Then the entire crown comes spilling out in your hand, of course.

fishstickxxxIt's a screw-down crown. The big honkin' bar is there for extra insurance, I guess. For a cleaner look you'd simply cut/file/grind off the crown's protrusion.

LeoangerThis ⌚ is not a diver. It can't be called like that https://www.watchtime.com/featured/dive-watch-defined/ What is being discussed here is the total disrespect to the ⌚ industry. Serious brands assume that if their ⌚ hasn't been tested according to the specifications, they can't go ahead and write "diver" in the dial, caseback or any other place. So you can find several ⌚ indicating 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣Ⓜ️💧 resistance, but they never write "diver", simply because they haven't tested the ⌚ as a diver. That of course doesn't imply your ⌚ won't actually survive a 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣Ⓜ️ dive. Maybe you can use it for such dive without issues, but that doesn't make it a diver ⌚
