Keep in mind that, although Shure IEMs sound great, their cables are less than stellar. I've had to replace the cables (the ones with microphone and controls for mobile phones) for my SE535s every ~6 months in the 3 years that I've owned them. And now, it appears that the connector on the left IEM itself has gotten flaky. Just a bit of hard earned experience.
