I've had the 206 for about 5 months now. Incredible grinder. Haven't needed to clean it yet and no signs of pollen collection in the corners like on my Space Case 2 piece.
The top lid having ceramic would be a nice addition, but I have yet to have any sticky buildup on in between the lids, which was my major grief with my SC 2 piece.
I agree the teeth aren't very sharp, at least compared to my SC 2 piece, but it certainly gets the job done. Much easier if you break up your herb into smaller pieces.
I also think that the machining is sharp, but again, break your herb smaller and it will be easier on the hands, especially after the first 3-5 turns.
As for the magnets, they are slightly weaker than most I've used. It takes 3-4 "shakes" while holding the top lid to get the bottom piece to fall off. Not bad, but ideally they will never fall off. I don't ever imagine a situation where I pick up the grinder off the table and the pieces fall off.
For the bag situation that OrganicCali pointed out, there are easy solutions available, such as using the small cardboard box that held the grinder when shipped or use a rubber band. Not convenient, but hardly a fault that would steer me away from the SLX 206.
If SLX adds ceramic on the top lid and uses knurls over divots on the lid, I have no doubt SLX will be one of the top grinder companies out there, at least for 2 piece.
