This doesn't work with the Aerotank, at least not well. If you're noticing the battery getting very hot when in use, try a different tank/cartomiser/atomiser.

Is it possible to adjust to voltage or wattage for this? I only had built in battery packs so far, interested in delving into mechanical mods.

Ayuzerthe whole point of mechanical mods is that there isn't anything other than a mechanical switch and some wire between the battery and the coil

I have owned another very similar product to this, the Smoktech Galileo, and while Smoktech (or Smok) does make a fine product, I do have to warn of a potential weakness in the design. The 510 contact pin is spring loaded, allowing it to adjust to different atomizers in order to get that perfect, flush look. However, if you vape at higher voltages, the current running through the spring could cause it to collapse.
Replacement heads are only available for the Magneto for around $15, although I'm pretty sure they would fit on my Galileo as well.
This mod is fantastic for the vaper that doesn't do sub-ohm builds, but if you're looking for a mod that will last you a while, I'd advise you look further. My spring failed within two weeks of moderate use (not vaping all day, but occasionally pulling out the pen for a puff or two.)
